Open Access Policy

The journal is committed to open access principles and supports the broad, equitable dissemination of scholarly research. All published articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication, without subscription or access charges.

1. Immediate Open Access

All published articles are freely accessible online from the time of publication.

Readers may access, read, download, copy, share, and reuse published articles in accordance with the terms of the applicable Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

No subscription or registration is required to access the journal's published content.

2. Licensing

Articles are published under the CC BY 4.0 International License, unless otherwise stated for specific third-party material.

The license permits the use, sharing, reproduction, distribution, and adaptation of published work, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated.

Further information is available in the journal's License and Copyright Policy.

3. Copyright

Copyright remains with the author(s) of the published work.

Authors grant the publisher the non-exclusive rights necessary to publish, distribute, preserve, index, and make the article publicly available as the version of record.

Authors retain the right to reuse, share, archive, and disseminate their published work in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 license and applicable third-party rights.

4. Article Processing Charges

Open access is supported through the journal's applicable Article Processing Charge (APC) policy and other publishing resources.

Any applicable APC is disclosed transparently before publication and is not a condition for editorial acceptance. Editorial and peer-review decisions are made independently of an author's ability or willingness to pay an APC.

Where the journal announces a temporary APC waiver or exemption, the applicable terms will be clearly stated on the journal website.

5. Access to Research

The journal supports the unrestricted dissemination of scholarly knowledge. It encourages authors to share their published work through appropriate institutional, subject, and other lawful repositories in accordance with the journal's Archiving and Repository Policy.

6. Long-Term Access and Preservation

The journal takes reasonable measures to preserve published content and maintain continued access to the scholarly record through appropriate digital preservation and archiving systems.

7. Open Access and Editorial Independence

The journal's open-access and APC model does not influence editorial decisions.

Manuscripts are evaluated based on scholarly quality, originality, methodological soundness, relevance, ethical compliance, and the journal's peer-review standards.

Payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance or publication.

8. Transparency

The journal provides clear information on its website regarding relevant publishing policies.

Policy status: This policy applies to all articles published in the journal and may be updated in accordance with developments in open-access publishing and scholarly communication.
