About the Journal

The Journal of Humanities, Social and Management Sciences (JHSMS) is an open-access, online, editorial-reviewed (blind), peer-reviewed (double-blind), and biannual/semi-annual (with continuous publications strategy). The main focus of JHSMS is original research and review articles on economic studies, commerce, accounting, policy studies, business studies, finance, marketing, and human resource management. The coverage of JHSMS is dedicated to these allied fields, promoting relevant and integrated studies of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research from the disciplines of humanities studies, social sciences and management studies. We at the JHSMS deeply value the diverse expertise of scholars and believe that including multiple academic disciplines helps pool the knowledge and research from various fields to address better-suited problems by finding solutions based on new understandings.
